Day 10

In Matthew 8, Jesus’s power to heal and restore shines as He
cleanses lepers, heals the sick, and delivers the oppressed.
He meets people right where they are, revealing the heart of
God through His touch. Job, in his despair, cries out for answers
and relief from his suffering, feeling as if God is distant.

But God’s presence and healing are closer than we sometimes
realize. The Holy Spirit, our Comforter, works in the spaces
where our pain and questions reside, offering peace even as
we await answers. Through the Spirit, we encounter a God
who is both powerful and compassionate, willing to meet
our deepest needs.

Today, bring your burdens and hurts to God, believing He
is close. Invite Him to work in your life as He did in the lives
of those who sought Jesus, trusting the Spirit to bring com-
fort and healing.
